Our Manifesto: It is ok to Figure Out.
The Figuring Out Club was born from a simple truth: it’s okay to not have all the answers.
Yet, society rarely gives us the grace to pause, explore, and redefine ourselves: Figuring things out is often misjudged as indecision, resume gaps are unfairly stigmatized, and opportunities to start fresh dwindle as we age.
Three designers, each having faced their own period of uncertainty, came together with a shared resolve: to take what they had learned and create something meaningful.
The Figuring Out Club was born from this vision—a safe haven designed for those navigating life and work transitions. It’s a space where you’re free to ask questions, explore uncharted paths, stumble, and grow, all without the weight of judgment. Here, curiosity is celebrated, experimentation is encouraged, and self-discovery becomes a journey of empowerment. The Figuring Out Club turns uncertainty into possibility, giving everyone permission to embrace the beauty of figuring it out—at their own pace, in their own way.

Member Exclusive: The Figuring Out Bootcamp
After joining the club, you will have the opportunity to apply for The Figuring Out Bootcamp: a six-session online journey designed to help you uncover who you are and navigate the uncertainties of a shifting job market.
Through engaging and carefully crafted sessions, you’ll reflect on your personal story, identify your transferable skills , and turn your career vision into a tangible, testable product.
